Some projects I have completed in my Computer Science classes.
I created a personal website using HTML and CSS. The website includes information about me, my Computer Science major, cybersecurity interests and my future career goals.
In my Java class, I created an inventory program. The program stored different types of items and calculated information such as prices and sales tax.
In my Computer Forensics class, I worked with tools such as FTK Imager, Registry Viewer and SQLite Browser. I used these tools to look at computer files, browser history and Windows Registry information.
I worked with Git and GitHub to practice creating repositories, branches, commits, pull requests and resolving merge conflicts with other students.
For my COMP335 final group project, my idea is to create a student study connection website. Students would be able to create a profile, find other students in their classes and connect with people who want to study together.
The website could also allow students to create study groups. For privacy, contact information would only be shared after both students agree to connect.
